What is the registration closing date?
Registrations for Inspire 2019 - rethinking talent development will close at 5:00pm, Wednesday, 16 October 2019 in order to finalise all arrangements for the event.

Can I register after the registration closing date?
Registrations for Inspire 2019 - rethinking talent development will close at5:00pm, Wednesday, 16 October 2019.
Late registrations may be accepted after this date by contacting The Myers-Briggs Company Pty Ltd.
If there are delegates who register at the venue on the day of the conference, they will be required to pay for all related costs immediately, by cash or by credit card. Receipts will be sent post-event. Where this occurs, The Myers-Briggs Company cannot guarantee that collateral, such as satchels, will be available to late registrants.

Can I share my registration?
No. As outlined in the event terms and conditions, one registration may not be shared by several individuals. Group registration discount options are available for this purpose. Please contact us to learn more.

Can I cancel my registration?
All cancellations must be advised to The Myers-Briggs Company Pty Ltd in writing (either by fax to +61 3 9349 2155 or email to inspire@themyersbriggs.com) before the cancellation can be processed. Cancellations will not be deemed to have been received until you have received written confirmation from The Myers-Briggs Company Pty Ltd.
If you have not received acknowledgement within two business days, please contact The Myers-Briggs Company Pty Ltd on +61 3 9342 1300. If the cancellation is not received in writing, the registration fees will not be cancelled and the full registration fee will still be payable.

What is the registration cancellation cut-off date?
Cancellations received in writing by The Myers-Briggs Company Pty Ltd by 5:00pm, Wednesday, 16 October 2019 will be accepted and all fees refunded less an AU$110 administration fee.
Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded, however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and contact details of the new delegate must be advised in writing to The Myers-Briggs Company Pty Ltd prior to the conference.
Online registrations received are considered to be confirmed by the delegate. No tentative bookings will be accepted.

If I need to cancel my registration after the cancellation date, can another person from my organisation attend in my place?
Yes, however, such changes must be advised in writing to The Myers-Briggs Company Pty Ltd (either by fax to +61 3 9349 2155 or email to inspire@themyersbriggs.com) by no later than 5 working days prior to the commencement of the conference.

Can I get a refund if I do not attend the conference?
No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference and any unpaid registration fees will still be payable.
In the case of medical emergency which has caused a registered delegate to not attend the conference, The Myers-Briggs Company Pty Ltd must be provided with a medical certificate or appropriate documentation before any refund will be considered.
Where The Myers-Briggs Company Pty Ltd is advised of a situation after the conference and a refund is deemed to be appropriate, the delegate must still pay the administration fee along with any catering charges incurred as a result of their registration.

Do the registration fees include insurance?
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants take out their own general travel insurance. It is suggested that the insurance policy should also cover loss of fees/deposit, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expense. The insurance should also cover loss arising from the cancellation of the conference by The Myers-Briggs Company Pty Ltd or a person’s inability to attend due to any reason whatsoever.
No responsibility is taken by The Myers-Briggs Company Pty Ltd for any person not holding insurance.

Where should I go on the day?
When you arrive at Pier One Sydney Harbour, you can enter via the hotel entrance and be directed by the hotel team to the conference rooms. Alternatively, our conference rooms at 'Water @ Pier One' also have their own entrance on Hickson Road which is just down from the main entrance. Once you arrive, please check in at the registration desk.
