Behaviour

The Myers-Briggs Company Pty Ltd reserves the right to prohibit entry of any person to this event, or eject any person from this event based on behaviour deemed inappropriate by The Myers-Briggs Company staff and/or its agents and others working under its authority.
Canvassing by delegates is strictly prohibited at this event. Promotional materials may not be distributed at the event except by event sponsors and exhibitors. Delegates violating this policy will be asked to leave the event.

Registrations and Payment

Registrations for Inspire 2019 - rethinking talent development will close at 5:00pm, Wednesday, 16 October 2019. Registrations received after this date will incur a late fee of AU$55.00.
All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and full payment is required prior to the event.
If there are delegates who register at the venue on the day of the conference, they will be required to pay for all related costs immediately, by cash or by credit card. Receipts will be sent post-event. Where this occurs, The Myers-Briggs Company cannot guarantee that collateral, such as satchels, will be available to late registrants.
One registration may not be shared by several individuals. Group registration discount options are available for this purpose. Please contact us to learn more.

 

Promotional offers and discounted registrations

Any promotional offers are exclusive and are non-transferable. Delegates are entitled to one discount per registration.
To be eligible for the Super Early Bird and Early Bird discounted registration rates, registration and payment must be received by the advertised closing dates on the Registration webpage.

Special Dietary Requirements

Dietary needs will not be catered for unless a request is made to either +61 3 9342 1300 or inspire@themyersbriggs.com prior to Wednesday, 16 October 2019.

 

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

All cancellations must be advised to The Myers-Briggs Company Pty Ltd in writing (either by fax to +61 3 9349 2155 or email to inspire@themyersbriggs.com) before the cancellation can be processed. Cancellations will not be deemed to have been received until you have received written confirmation from The Myers-Briggs Company Pty Ltd. If you have not received acknowledgement within two business days, please contact The Myers-Briggs Company Pty Ltd on +61 3 9342 1300.
If the cancellation is not received in writing, the registration fees will not be cancelled and the full registration fee will still be payable.
Cancellations received in writing by The Myers-Briggs Company Pty Ltd by 5:00pm, Wednesday, 16 October 2019 will be accepted and all fees refunded less an AU$110 administration fee. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded, however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and address details of the new delegate must be advised in writing to The Myers-Briggs Company Pty Ltd prior to the conference.
Online registrations received are considered to be confirmed by the delegate. No tentative bookings will be accepted.

 

Disclaimer

In the event of industrial disruptions, The Myers-Briggs Company Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The program is correct at the time of printing, however, The Myers-Briggs Company Pty Ltd reserves the right to alter the program as is deemed necessary.
Registration places are limited and will be allocated on a strictly 'first in' payment basis. In the event that space is unavailable you will be notified immediately.

 

Liability

The Myers-Briggs Company Pty Ltd shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
 

General Release

In registering for this conference, delegates grant permission to The Myers-Briggs Company and its subsidiaries, its agents and others working under its authority, the following rights:

  • To take photographs or video or audio recordings that may contain my likeness, as well as the likeness or image of my property (“Media”):
  • To take, record, publish, or obtain testimonials or other statements from me (“Statements”); and
  • To copy, modify, adapt, distribute, publish, publicly display, publicly perform, exhibit, prepare derivative works upon, and otherwise use, either in whole or in part, the Media and/or Statements for commercial and business purposes.
Delegates understand and agree that the Media and/or Statements may or may not contain attributions specifically identifying them or any of their property.
Delegates hereby release and discharge The Myers-Briggs Company, its employees, agents, successors, licensees and assigns from any and all claims they might have in connection with The Myers-Briggs Company’s use, display, distribution or exploitation of the Media and/or Statements, including - but not limited to - any claims for defamation, violation of any moral or artist rights and any violation of any right of privacy or publicity.
The delegates acknowledge that they will receive no compensation from The Myers-Briggs Company for the rights granted under this General Release.
The delegates agree that The Myers-Briggs Company is the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title and interest in all copyrights, trademark rights and any and all other intellectual property rights, worldwide, that may arise in the Media and/or Statements and the individual components thereof and shall take no action to challenge or object to the validity of such rights or The Myers-Briggs Company’s ownership, registration or licensing thereof.
This General Release and all actions related to it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria and California, excluding any conflicts of laws principles that would require the application of the laws of a different state.
Should a delegate not agree to the above General Release, they must advise the The Myers-Briggs Company Pty Ltd either on +61 3 9342 1300 or at inspire@themyersbriggs.com.

 

List of participants

In registering for this conference, relevant details may be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates (name, organisation and state). Further details may be available to parties directly related to the conference including the The Myers-Briggs Company Pty Ltd, venues and accommodation providers (for the purpose of room bookings, special catering and physical requirements, name tag creation and conference options).
Should you not wish for your details to be passed on for any of the above purposes, please indicate this on the electronic registration form under Delegate List Consent.

  • For the purposes of this event: Your details will be provided to parties directly related to the conference including The Myers-Briggs Company Pty Ltd and its employees, venues and accommodation providers for the purpose of room bookings, catering needs and other conference options.
